Positive: The staff were friendly and everything during my stay was great.
Negative: My final night there were guests in Room 326 who were up all night. Also, there was no one at the front desk at 4:00am the lights were all off and it was dark.

Negative: Toilet wouldn’t flush and took all day to fix. Keurig in room didn’t hear water enough for warm coffee. Was told breakfast included and was then charged $40. For us to eat.
Summary: Overall it was fine. Toilet was and issue, un happy that there was $150. Extra charge on top of what booking.com said.

Negative: The bath tub/shower was unsafe. The surface of the tub was slippery and there were no grab bars. These features should be present for people of all ages, not just elderly. I did not use the tub/shower due to these omissions. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Negative: The air conditioner/heater unit in the room was too noisy and disturbed my sleep. Also the price per night was a little on the high side.

Positive: I liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Supplied us with everything we needed.
Negative: Paying extra for breakfast. The parking I understand though. Also the inability to hook up our Switch to the TV and the amount of restrictions on it in general.
